Synopsis: 'Acorralada' is the love story of two young folks whose families have been having a feud for over twenty years. Everything started when evil Octavia Irazábal (Frances Ondiviela) took away from Fedora (Sonya Smith) her most precious possessions: her two daughters and her successful essence factory, and framed her for a crime she did not commit, so she was sent to prison. Now that Fedora is free, she is determined to get back what was taken from her. But Fedora doesn't imagine that her oldest daughter, Diana Soriano (Alejandra Lazcano), now 23, a graduated nurse, will cross paths with the Irazábals and fall in love with Octavia's son, Maximiliano Irazábal (David Zepeda) and will be another victim of this powerful family. Fedora is now a singer in a nightclub, known as "La Gaviota", and she meets Diana. Both unaware of their relationship, because Diana and her sister Gaby Soriano (Mariana Torres) have always believed they were orphans. Gaviota finds her other daughter, Gaby, who is a maid in the Irazábal mansion, through her friendship with Diana.
